The pillow was probably everything it is supposed to be, although I am sure I would not have ordered it in person. It is soft and mushable like a down pillow, because of the shredded nature of the latex. I have major feather allergies so I've never been able to try anything like this. It is pretty heavy for a latex pillow. I am more used to the springy foam single-piece sponge, I suppose. Still, not a waste as I am sure some of my guests will like it. Clean, arrived in the packaging swiftly.
